Program Coordinator
As the ODEI Program Coordinator, Niki collaborates to coordinate and implement ODEI university-wide initiatives, funding opportunities, and special projects. Niki graduated from Northeastern in Spring of 2022 with a BS in Psychology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology. She is currently pursuing a MS in Organizational Leadership.
Niki’s previous experience includes consulting on the development and launch of Northeastern’s NU PLACE initiative, a university-wide DEI initiative that dismantles access barriers and connects historically marginalized learners to career development, experiential learning, and hiring opportunities. As the NU PLACE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant, she provided insight and support on the development and execution of NU PLACE programming and events while maintaining relationships with campus partners and providing guidance to the NU PLACE Fellows.
